Sai Villa at Maurice River is picturesque, serene, and surrounded by nature at its best, thus a perfect spot to spend a relaxing week or host a party or small wedding while staying. We have hosted many families here from worldwide and various parts of the US for family gatherings, graduation and birthday parties, outdoor film shooting, TV production, baby and bridal showers and small weddings.

When you visit this gorgeous property, you will enter through a canopy of trees down the quarter mile long private driveway leading up to the house. Park your car beneath the car port and enter from the rear of the house. The home features 3 bedrooms, 1 family recreation room (with an Imperial Pool table and foosball table), 2 full baths, large kitchen with dining area, spacious living room with a stone fireplace and a Sunroom off the living room where you can sit and watch the boats go past and get uninterrupted views of the river.
The front of the house features a tiled arched patio and courtyard with uninterrupted views of the river. A perfect spot to sit, relax, sip coffee or cocktails and enjoy the garden and water view. Take a walk around the property, take a nap in the hammock, or soak your tired muscles in the hot tub. In the warmer months, make your way to the private dock, dangle your feet in the water and let it all go.
Hop onboard kayaks, enjoy fishing and crabbing and watch the breath-taking sunset views! Enjoy barbequing at the best in class ‘Traeger’ wood pellet grill. And finally, don’t forget to gather around the fire pit for a great family time, conversation, and s’mores.
