Riverfront!! This Classic Mediterranean style vacation home sits on a gorgeous 3.08 acres on the beautiful Maurice River. The classic carbon neutral villa is picturesque, serene, and surrounded by nature at its best, thus a perfect spot to have a family vacation or host a party or small wedding while staying. There are plenty of leaves or green surroundings to appreciate and indulge in its 3+ acres natural habitat. Sai Villa is perfect vacation home for hot tubbing, barbecuing, and drinking wine (or beer) to your heart’s content. Despite being in the vicinity of numerous, clean, blue beaches of New Jersey i.e., Cape May, Ocean City, NJ Beaches or Atlantic City Casinos or New York’s; Manhattan Broadway, Sai Villa has maintained a quaint allure. Quite yes, but surprisingly a plethora of outdoor pursuits are at your reach on the banks of Maurice River. Due to its lack of artificial light surrounding it, you could be lucky to even see the Milky Way at night. Do carry your telescope or camera drones to find a new celestial object to name it for self. No kidding.

It is beautiful out there and Sai Villa’s outdoors is unparallel. Outside you’ll find Trager Wood Grill for cooking delicious food, an 8-seater Fire Pit, 7-seater Master Spas hot tub, to enjoy the sunsets and chirping birds. Enjoy the water fountain Goldfish-Pond (feel free to feed the fish for good luck, fish food is hiding behind the rocks for you to find), Fruits & Vegetable gardens (depending on season), green, open & safe wooded area for relaxed trekking & camping, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 7-mile drive north takes you to the Vineland Mall for best-in-class shopping, dining & retail grocery stores. Take one of the houses provided kayaks out for a spin on the water. With cozy interiors, and free Wi-Fi, it also doubles as the perfect workcation outpost.

All parts of Sai Villa on Maurice River are open and available for you to enjoy paradise. We provide a temporary door code the morning of your arrival.
Other things to note
The Internet & Mobile Signals
Though Sai Villa has Satellite Internet with Wi-Fi, it does not have the super speed. Yes, you can still enjoy Netflix streaming videos or Zoom Call. Sai Villa is situated on the Maurice River with hardly any population, thus no national Internet Operators I.e. Verizon Fios / Comcast Xfiniti has put underground cable to provide high-speed internet. Hopefully, things will improve soon as Maurice River Township is working on it.
Liability
Sai Villa is situated on Maurice River, you are welcome to go boating, swimming, or fishing or kayaking but any water activities must be taken up at ones own risk. We the hosts are not responsible for any accident or liability due to any accidents, mishaps, or injuries due to any outdoor or indoor activities during your stay.
We have provided 2 Kayak for guests to use but as stated above, no liabilities whatsoever be entertained by the hosts. We welcome guests to bring their own fishing poles or Kayaks.
Garbage Disposal
Upon departure / Check-out, please drop your garbage into trash cans (dumpster) located near Grill area (for Grill trash) and near Green House (villa trash).
The garbage must be disposed-off in the provided Black Trash bag (bags are in the Laundry & kitchen).
Windows & Doors
Please keep in mind Sai Villa is located on Maurice Rive, NJ 08332. We ask that guests keep doors & windows closed, so as not to let bugs and critters get inside the home. The house has central air so there is no need to open windows or leave doors open. We do provide fly swatters in the kitchen pantry. During summers, should you want to open the doors to step out or enjoy the outside environment, pls. ensure that bug-stopper is hinged / closed so that flies, bugs, bees, birds etc. cannot enter the house.
Sai Villa is equipped with Anderson Doors & Windows. Pls. follow the instructions given by the Property Manager on your arrival as these doors are tricky to open or close. You are advised never to open windows.

Great time at a great villa
We absolutely loved our stay. The villa is perfectly located for the various activities we did (Cape May, Wildwood, Ocean City, Atlantic City, Philadelphia, zoo and a few wineries).The villa itself is beautiful and very well maintained at all times. The property is spacious with its solarium to enjoy the morning and the game room to relax after our long days of activities. The bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas were very comfortable for our two families, including four young teenagers. We also took full advantage of the perfectly functional kitchen since we cooked our dinners at the villa most of the time. We didn’t have time to fully enjoy the outdoors given our busy days, but it also offers several possibilities, including the river and dock, kayaks, outdoor fire
Beautiful property, great hosts!
Stayed for a long weekend getaway with family and friends, and everyone agreed that this was the best Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at. We split time between sitting on the dock looking out over the water, relaxing in the hot tub, playing pool in the game room, and socializing on the many outdoor patio areas. The hosts were extremely nice and very responsive to any inquiries we made. I highly recommend this property and am sure I’ll be back!
Sai Rakshit Villa – If you really want to unwind and enjoy a secret little place close to everything but far away at the same time, stay here. This is a truly beautiful location with nature right outside of every door. That said, we were able to be in Wildwood, Cape May and Stone Harbor within 45 minutes and enjoy the beaches, restaurants and shopping. However, there was nothing better than staying at home, sitting by the fire, grilling family dinners, kayaking and canoeing (we brought our own canoe), enjoying the game room and the overall peacefulness of the Villa. The view of the river was quite mesmerizing. Don’t forget to take the Maurice River boat tour with Captain Dave!
As a final note, the place is gorgeous, the communication is fantastic, and we even forgot some Jersey shore treats which the hosts were more than willing to ship home to us after we left. Wonderful people, gorgeous place – don’t miss out!
‘Great Getaway!
The host was very communicative and professional. The property is nested in a secluded wooded neighbourhood adding privacy and a sense of a getaway. Be sure to review GPS before your trip, as cell coverage is weak approaching the area and while indoors, but better out on the dock. Our family enjoyed the property and the amenities. It was a wonderful experience during our stay. I appreciate the host’s hospitality and accommodation. I would definitely come again.
Manish and Monika’s villa was the perfect place to host our large family during our stay in southern NJ for my daughter’s soccer tournament. It was private, peaceful and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the open layout, the hot tub and pool table (rainy weather). Monika and Manish were responsive any time we reached out. We would love to stay there again sometime.

We had a wonderful time. The house is located close to NJMP (15 minutes). It is very peaceful and beautiful. We saw an eagle fishing for their breakfast in the river. The game room and fire pit were big hits too! Many thanks to our hosts!

Sai Villa is beautiful! It was the perfect getaway for us for Christmas. The sunroom provided a beautiful view while enjoying the warmth of the home. The location is convenient to all stores. It is well kept. The wifi worked which is a major plus considering the surrounding area has bad cellular service. The water views are amazing!

Sai Villa comes with a game room including a pool table. The location is also very nice as it’s located on the river. Next to the river is the fire place and kayaks available.

Mini paradise!
We needed a small get away before we dove into fall. Summer was swamped with work and not too many fun activities. This property allowed us to experience most of summer in just one weekend. There is so much to do there, we didnt have to travel anywhere else. We got to enjoy the sunshine and river with the kayaks and floaties. Grilled out on the grill and had a cute little picnic. We were the first to enjoy the new hot tub, and it didn’t disappoint! Inside was appointed with just as many amenities as outside. The kids played a few rounds on the Foosball table while watching their YouTube videos on the huge TV in the game room. We tried a round of pool, also located in the game room, but learned we aren’t the greatest. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy a nice dinner. Double ovens made it easier to make larger portions. I like that the bathroom is attaches to the game room and allows the kids their own bathroom. Ample space to sleep and relax. I can’t say enough good things about this property. It really is like a mini paradise and I can’t wait to stay again!

Breath taking view makes you forget you are in New Jersey, sitting on the floating dock at night listening to the fish jump in the river was so perfect. The beautiful sunsets melt your cares away . Even when washing dishes you forget where you are you watch a deer or 2 walk through the woods unaware that you are even there.
This place is absolutely beautiful! Great location right on the river with easy access for kayaks. The game room is perfect for hanging out with friends. The host made everything very easy, and communicated well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s interested. I will keep this place in mind for future vacations!

Hidden gem!
We are originally from the area and had no idea a spot like this existed! It is a real getaway, very well maintained, and managed with extreme hospitality. Communicating with Monika was easy and handled so well. The view of the river was relaxing and lovely with all the fall colors around us. The property is very private, comes with kayaks and a dock, has several small gathering areas with ambiance. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend! For full disclosure, it is incredibly clean but outdated. The oven wasn’t operable which was fine for our stay. It’s tough getting parts right now in the US and we understood this.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at Sai Villa! Monika was easy to communicate with and was always prompt and kind in his responses. The villa is beautiful, the view is lovely, the accommodations are spacious and inviting. We enjoyed playing billiards, strolling the grounds, watching bald eagles and osprey diving for fish in the Maurice River, and spending quiet “unplugged” time with our family. The privacy gave our family of six who travelled from Texas, Ohio, and New England a special reunion time as we prepared for our son’s wedding. I would return here in a heartbeat!

Bookings at this property are non-refundable.
Storm Policy
Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless The National Weather Service or Government Agency orders mandatory evacuations. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g., fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) when deposit has been received. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other “out of our control” event due to storms we will not grant refunds. New Jersey weather in the summer can be unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance whenever possible during these months. Check with your local insurance provider for details on your options.
