Indoor Amenities
Guests enter through the door between the garage and the house. There are two steps leading into the house. In total, there are three bedrooms in Sai Villa and the 4th room is the family entertainment room.
The main door opens to the Family entertainment room. It has a sofa bed for sleeping, round table with 4 chairs for cards game, an independent full bath, fireplace with 2 red comfortable chairs and everything you expect for your entertainment i.e., Cooler with complimentary soda & water, 75 Inch state-of-the-art OLED TV with complimentary Netflix and Amazon access plus the Dartboard to help you practice hitting the doubles. In this room there are four lounge / high (bar) chairs and a pool table. Test your Cue skills besides proper stance, bridge, stroke, grip & alignment so that you are on your way to mastering the next stage of your pool journey. Enjoy playing at the foosball table with your friends. Fireplace in the Entertainment room is exotic & fully functional, so do not forget to test your log burning skills from Boys Scouts days during winters.
The Master Bedroom (1st Room)
From the family entertainment cum lounge area, you step-up to the common passage area. On the left side is the Master Bedroom. It hosts Two queen beds with a dresser. The Master Bedroom is big enough to host 2 California Closets in the dedicated Closet-room within Master bedroom. All additional mattresses, towels, pillows, blankets are kept here for your use. This area can hold your large journey suitcases & extra belongings without disturbing the decor of your master bedroom.
The Kids Bedroom (2nd Room)
The kids bedroom is colourful and decorated with kids’ interest & safety in mind. The double decker bunkbed is welcoming and can sleep three kids. The ceiling fan is covered, and changes colours based on kids’ interest (Boy or Girl). There is a Crib for our super young guest too. This room has its own closet, so that kids feel at home.
The 3rd Bedroom (Office Space & Guest Room)
The second family or friends will find this room cozy. It has its own 2 large closets and Office Space.
The Master and 2ndBathroom
It caters for all the 3 bedrooms and the living room. The Master Bathroomis nice, clean and delivers the role. Thanks to 2 full-size bathrooms in the villa, there is no pressure on guests. The 2nd bathroom is located inside the family entertainment room.
The Laundry Room
The Sai Villa Laundry room is Large. It houses Iron board, Iron, state-of-the-art, non-cordemergency vacuum cleaner, Washer & Dryers. Kitchen Supply, Home Supply could be kept here easily. Access to Laundry room is via kitchen.
The Living Room
From the kitchen, you walk into the living room or vice- versa. The Living Room houses a large couch, a love seat, chaise, coffee table, flat screen tv and one recliner lounge chair. There is also a dining table that seats four people.
The Kitchen Area (+ Dinning)
The Sai Villa Kitchen is fully functional and equipped with all modern gadgets i.e.,Whirlpool 2 door Fridge with access to chilly water and ice, Kitchenette Stove, Coffee Maker, 2-sided sink – 1 sink with kitchen disposal machine for rinse-cleaning and other for normal use, microwave, oven, and kitchen utensils. The kitchen area is big and houses a 5-seater high-rise dining Table overlooking the patio & Maurice River. Kitchen items include dinner plates, bowls, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, utensils, basic cooking tools, mixing bowls, measuring cups, pots, pans, serving dishes, cutting boards, grilling tools, dishwasher & toaster. There is access from the kitchen to an outdoor area that leads to Outdoor Patio, the Hot TUB, Gardens, Backyard and woods.
The Sun Room
From the Living room, you could walk into the Sunroom. All our guests love this place. It is the perfect place to Sun-bathe during winters when outside world is covered in white snow, Maurice River is looking cold and yet the 4-6 seating Sunroom is welcoming warm and hospitable. You can watch the amazing sunsets sipping over a cup of tea or coffee from this relaxing joint.
Outdoor Amenities
It is beautiful out there and Sai Villa outdoors is unparallel. Outside you’ll find Trager Wood Grill for cooking delicious food, an 8-seater Fire Pit, 7-seater Master Spas hot tub, to enjoy the sunsets and chirping birds. A quite water fountain Goldfish-Pond (feel free to feed the fish for good luck, fish food is hiding behind the rocks for you to find), Fruits & Vegetable gardens (depending on season), colourful Orchid Green House (feel free to water the thirty plants but don’t pluck the flowers), green, open & safe wooded area for relaxed trekking & camping, perfect for outdoor activities. Take one of the house-provided kayaks out for a spin on the water.
The Firepit & Grill Area
It is for you to use and enjoy. No Extra Charge. We provide firewood for you to use. Pls. clean the Trager Wood Grill after use and cover it back. The first round of wood fuel is on us. If you are an avid grill / BBQ enthusiast, the next bag of fuel could be purchased from Home Depot or Lowes, a 7 miles drive north to Vineland Mall. The grill, The Firepit and the Picnic table, all overlook the majestic Maurice River.

Great time at a great villa
We absolutely loved our stay. The villa is perfectly located for the various activities we did (Cape May, Wildwood, Ocean City, Atlantic City, Philadelphia, zoo and a few wineries).The villa itself is beautiful and very well maintained at all times. The property is spacious with its solarium to enjoy the morning and the game room to relax after our long days of activities. The bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas were very comfortable for our two families, including four young teenagers. We also took full advantage of the perfectly functional kitchen since we cooked our dinners at the villa most of the time. We didn’t have time to fully enjoy the outdoors given our busy days, but it also offers several possibilities, including the river and dock, kayaks, outdoor fire
Beautiful property, great hosts!
Stayed for a long weekend getaway with family and friends, and everyone agreed that this was the best Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at. We split time between sitting on the dock looking out over the water, relaxing in the hot tub, playing pool in the game room, and socializing on the many outdoor patio areas. The hosts were extremely nice and very responsive to any inquiries we made. I highly recommend this property and am sure I’ll be back!
Sai Rakshit Villa – If you really want to unwind and enjoy a secret little place close to everything but far away at the same time, stay here. This is a truly beautiful location with nature right outside of every door. That said, we were able to be in Wildwood, Cape May and Stone Harbor within 45 minutes and enjoy the beaches, restaurants and shopping. However, there was nothing better than staying at home, sitting by the fire, grilling family dinners, kayaking and canoeing (we brought our own canoe), enjoying the game room and the overall peacefulness of the Villa. The view of the river was quite mesmerizing. Don’t forget to take the Maurice River boat tour with Captain Dave!
As a final note, the place is gorgeous, the communication is fantastic, and we even forgot some Jersey shore treats which the hosts were more than willing to ship home to us after we left. Wonderful people, gorgeous place – don’t miss out!
‘Great Getaway!
The host was very communicative and professional. The property is nested in a secluded wooded neighbourhood adding privacy and a sense of a getaway. Be sure to review GPS before your trip, as cell coverage is weak approaching the area and while indoors, but better out on the dock. Our family enjoyed the property and the amenities. It was a wonderful experience during our stay. I appreciate the host’s hospitality and accommodation. I would definitely come again.
Manish and Monika’s villa was the perfect place to host our large family during our stay in southern NJ for my daughter’s soccer tournament. It was private, peaceful and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the open layout, the hot tub and pool table (rainy weather). Monika and Manish were responsive any time we reached out. We would love to stay there again sometime.

We had a wonderful time. The house is located close to NJMP (15 minutes). It is very peaceful and beautiful. We saw an eagle fishing for their breakfast in the river. The game room and fire pit were big hits too! Many thanks to our hosts!

Sai Villa is beautiful! It was the perfect getaway for us for Christmas. The sunroom provided a beautiful view while enjoying the warmth of the home. Lots to do for entertainment like the pool table, hot tub, games and tv. Would definitely recommend this place for a getaway and would love to see it in the warmer months. Thank you for a great stay!

The location is convenient to all stores. It is well kept. The wifi worked which is a major plus considering the surrounding area has bad cellular service. The water views are amazing!

Sai Villa comes with a game room including a pool table. The location is also very nice as it’s located on the river. Next to the river is the fire place and kayaks available.

Mini paradise!
We needed a small get away before we dove into fall. Summer was swamped with work and not too many fun activities. This property allowed us to experience most of summer in just one weekend. There is so much to do there, we didnt have to travel anywhere else. We got to enjoy the sunshine and river with the kayaks and floaties. Grilled out on the grill and had a cute little picnic. We were the first to enjoy the new hot tub, and it didn’t disappoint! Inside was appointed with just as many amenities as outside. The kids played a few rounds on the Foosball table while watching their YouTube videos on the huge TV in the game room. We tried a round of pool, also located in the game room, but learned we aren’t the greatest. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy a nice dinner. Double ovens made it easier to make larger portions. I like that the bathroom is attaches to the game room and allows the kids their own bathroom. Ample space to sleep and relax. I can’t say enough good things about this property. It really is like a mini paradise and I can’t wait to stay again!

Outside is everything as advertised and that is where we spent most of our time. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Thank you for the house on the river! Although there for the racetrack, we enjoyed relaxing by fishing, s’mores, and kayaking! Can’t wait to come back. Highly Recommend!

If you are looking for peace and relaxation this is the place. It has so many things to do you won’t need to go out. We had our daughters wedding here and it didn’t disappoint. Our guests were constantly complimenting. Thank you, Manish and Monika.
Breath taking view makes you forget you are in New Jersey, sitting on the floating dock at night listening to the fish jump in the river was so perfect. The beautiful sunsets melt your cares away . Even when washing dishes you forget where you are you watch a deer or 2 walk through the woods unaware that you are even there.
This place is absolutely beautiful! Great location right on the river with easy access for kayaks. The game room is perfect for hanging out with friends. The host made everything very easy, and communicated well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s interested. I will keep this place in mind for future vacations!

Hidden gem!
We are originally from the area and had no idea a spot like this existed! It is a real getaway, very well maintained, and managed with extreme hospitality. Communicating with Monika was easy and handled so well. The view of the river was relaxing and lovely with all the fall colors around us. The property is very private, comes with kayaks and a dock, has several small gathering areas with ambiance. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend! For full disclosure, it is incredibly clean but outdated. The oven wasn’t operable which was fine for our stay. It’s tough getting parts right now in the US and we understood this.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at Sai Villa! Monika was easy to communicate with and was always prompt and kind in his responses. The villa is beautiful, the view is lovely, the accommodations are spacious and inviting. We enjoyed playing billiards, strolling the grounds, watching bald eagles and osprey diving for fish in the Maurice River, and spending quiet “unplugged” time with our family. The privacy gave our family of six who travelled from Texas, Ohio, and New England a special reunion time as we prepared for our son’s wedding. I would return here in a heartbeat!
My family and myself had a great stay at this place. We felt well-welcomed by the warm hospitality from host and all the stuff provided. It is a great place with fantastic view. Definitely great experience. It also worth mention the grill is Traeger grill – which is a fabulous grill system for the best bbq food. Would love to come back again in future
