The home features 3 bedrooms, 1 family recreation room (with an Imperial Pool table and foosball table), 2 full baths, large kitchen with dining area, spacious living room with a stone fireplace and a Sunroom off the living room where you can sit and watch the boats go past and get uninterrupted views of the river.

 

The front of the house features a tiled arched patio and courtyard with uninterrupted views of the river. A perfect spot to sit, relax, sip coffee or cocktails and enjoy the garden and water view. Take a walk around the property, take a nap in the hammock, or soak your tired muscles in the hot tub. In the warmer months, make your way to the private dock, dangle your feet in the water and let it all go.

 

Hop onboard kayaks, enjoy fishing and crabbing and watch the breath-taking sunset views! Enjoy barbequing at the best in class ‘Traeger’ wood pellet grill. And finally, don’t forget to gather around the fire pit for a great family time, conversation, and s’mores.
