A heartfelt welcome from all of us at Sai Villa on Maurice River (SVMR) — we’re so excited to have you with us this summer!
Summer has officially arrived in South Jersey, and Sai Villa is basking in all its green, golden glory! ☀️ The sun is out, skies are bright, and while the occasional sprinkle keeps things lush and blooming, it’s the perfect season to enjoy nature, slow mornings, and magical evenings here on the Maurice River (that’s M-A-U-R-I-C-E 😉).
🌅 Sunsets here are something else — long evenings, red skies, and the calm river gliding into the horizon. It’s an experience that’s both serene and soul-stirring. Make sure to bring your camera (and your wine glass)!
🎣 What’s New at Sai Villa?
We’re glad you asked — we’ve added a few special touches to make your stay even more memorable:
🐟 The New Koi Pond – Our fish pond is now home to colorful, graceful koi and goldfish. It’s the perfect spot for a quiet moment of reflection or a fun little nature encounter for the kids.
🍻 Extended Kitchen Patio – The patio near the kitchen has been newly expanded! Now you can lounge with a cold beer in hand, soak in the hot tub, and gaze out over the green landscape with the Maurice River shimmering in the backdrop. It’s fast becoming our guests’ favorite hangout spot.
🛶 What to Do Around SVMR?
There’s plenty to explore, whether you’re here for rest or adventure:
- Kayaking on the Maurice River (we provide a kayak for stays over 2 nights – waiver required!)
- Fishing from the floating dock
- Strolling through the new rose and grape gardens
- Barbecuing on the deck or enjoying an outdoor meal under the stars
- Birdwatching, biking, or just laying back with a good book
